Eligible purchases may be supported by a structured 10-day buy-back period, subject to the written contract and stated eligibility conditions.

Inspection period

The period begins from the recorded delivery date and allows time to inspect the vehicle.

Request process

A request must be submitted in writing within the stated period and may require an inspection.

Vehicle condition

The vehicle must remain in the same condition as delivered and meet the mileage and ownership conditions in the contract.

Once a buy-back request has been reviewed and approved, our team will confirm the next steps in writing. Approved refunds are normally processed within 24–48 hours after inspection and confirmation.
